~ stirfried bok choy, onion and mushrooms in soy sauce
~ (heirloom)
carrot kinpira
~ Japanese white rice with
gomashio (salted black sesame seeds)
~ dried fruit medley (a.o. apricot, raisin, apple, cranberry) for dessert
